How Does Online Personal Training Work?

We start with an onboarding call so we can get 100% clear on what you’re looking to get out of training.

You'll collaborate with us and identify 1-3 customized weekly metrics - so you can make sure you're getting the results you want.

A skilled personal trainer will answer your questions and guide you from the beginning to your goal.

You'll feel stronger and see progress and growth along the way. We're confident that you'll love the results.

About Your Training Program

Athletes don't do random workouts — neither should you. Training on a schedule with a plan is how you'll get the results you're looking for.

Short videos accompany each workout, detailing the right form for safely and effectively building muscle.

Ask questions! As you go, you may find that a particular workout or sequence doesn't work for you. The workout has to work for you first.

Never generic plans: After a consultation, you'll be working on a plan that's catered to your goals, your body, and your fitness level.

Your unique program will be designed to fit your schedule, the gym accessible to you, and any physical requirements you have. ​It will meet your current ability, but will sustainably take you further.

We'll check in weekly to review your progress (may be an audio file or video)

You can send videos for form assessment as needed.

Plans & Billing FAQs:

What is SSF's cancellation policy?

You may cancel your SSF plan at any time after your first month by emailing Steven [at] Simplesolutionsfitness.com "cancel subscription". Your paid plan will end on the date of your next billing cycle (i.e. the month after whenever you first paid for your plans start). We do not offer refunds for partial use, except in the cases of SSF-caused issues.

Do you offer meal plans?

We do not offer meal plans. Our relationship will be focused on exercise.
