My journey with Steven and Simple Solutions Fitness started 6 months ago.

My motivation was to improve physically and mentally. I was tired of walking into a gym, feeling overwhelmed, and not knowing which machines to use or what regimen to follow.

My goals consisted of losing weight, gaining self-confidence, and committing to something realistic that I could sustain for the rest of my life. I didn’t want a quick fix or a fad exercise/diet program. I wanted slow and steady results that could be maintained.
I decided a personal trainer would be the necessary path to take and it’s been one of the best decisions of my life. After doing thorough research of several personal trainers in town, the decision was easy.

Steven’s mission and core values easily correlated with what I was looking for.

His atmosphere is laid back, non-judgmental and effective. The approach to each client is customized. He considers your specific goals and body aspirations instead of generically training you.

I’ve honestly seen more results in the past 6 months than I have in my entire life. I’ve lost weight, toned my body and most importantly have developed more strength both physically and mentally. I’ve gained back self-confidence and even look forward to exercising and eating healthier.

My advice to someone willing and motivated to make necessary changes to better themselves, look no further than Steven and Simple Solutions Fitness!
